Lian Qiao (Forsythia Fruit): Has the efficacy of clearing heat and detoxifying, reducing swelling and dissipating nodules, and dispersing wind-heat. It is primarily used for carbuncles, scrofula, breast abscesses, erysipelas, wind-heat colds, early stages of warm diseases, and hot painful urinary dribbling.
