He Shou Wu (Fleeceflower Root): Has the efficacy of detoxifying, resolving carbuncles, preventing malaria, and moistening the intestines to relieve constipation. It is primarily used for sores, carbuncles, scrofula, wind rash with itching, physical deficiency due to chronic malaria, and constipation due to intestinal dryness.
